Why do chinese girls always have thin hair..?

I have reallly thick hair..and like all my family members have thin hair..is there away to make my hair thin somehow????..

Why do chinese girls always have thin hair..?

Well, you could get your hair cut and thinned professionally, which is what my friend who has very thick, unmanagable hair does. There is no way to make your hair "thin" or fine on your own.

How do you thin your hair? Can I do it myself at home? What would it look like? pictures please!?

NO you can't do it at home without being trained! Thinning shears in the hands of someone untrained can result in some butchered hair. If you don't know what you are doing - please leave it to a professional.

Get Thinning Sheers, and Yes you can do it at home. But, when i tried, i practically ruined it. So, if i were you, i would get it thinned somewhere. (even a walmart salon would work.) :D

You probably shouldn't do it by yourself, go to a hair salon and have a professional do it.

i do NOT reccomend doing it at home. you need thinning shears, but cheap ones are crappy. they range from$25- $125. pro salons have expensive good shears. it is totally worth it.

You can not thin your own hair, it has to be done by a pro. Thinning scissors are used to do the job. Go to a salon %26amp; browse through the styling books %26amp; hopefully you'll find a hairstyle, you'll like. Thinning the hair eliminates the bulkiness that can often make hairstyling difficult.

Trying for the scene look with thin hair...?

the scene look looks a lot better with black /dark brown hair w/ your hair color in small highlight in the bangs

do NOT cut it yourself

get it profesionaly done

and to make it look complete your gonna have to use dark eyemakeup

i can give tips on thati wear it myself

im like an expert :D

Trying for the scene look with thin hair...?

get your hair cut with layers, and get the hair dresser to use a razor, razor cutting creates a more uneven look, and then get some styling product, like pantene pro v texturizer...use that and fluff your hair up...it works great, and will create a fuller, chunky, messy look.

Trying for the scene look with thin hair...?

You need to get short choppy layers and its ok that your hair is thin because the reason her hair is so poofy is because its teased. so just tease your hair once its layered.

Cures for super thin hair??

I have got such thin hair! I try volumizers, but that doesn't seem to work for very long. Is there something that I can do to make my hair thicker?

Cures for super thin hair??

I have very thin/fine hair as well, and unfortunately there is no cure.

I'm not sure how long your hair is, but long layers are a definite plus.

Then, if you don't have these items, you may wanna stock up:

Blowdryer

Round Brush

Volumizing Mousse (Gel will weigh your hair down)

Thickening Shampoos/Conditioners/Sprays

If you don't have layers, try blowdrying your hair by flipping your hair over... it will dry the hair in an upward position adding a little extra volume.

Good luck sweetie! :)

Cures for super thin hair??

SHAVE IT OFF!!! SHAVE IT ALL OFF!!!!

Cures for super thin hair??

I had the same problem until the last time I went to a salon, the hair dresser said that I needed to get layers in my hair and it would thicken it up...I let her cut long layers and I use mouse after i wash and condition it and it really looks a lot thicker!

Cures for super thin hair??

volumizers would be the only answer, and you need to keep using them becuz of course they will wear off.

Cures for super thin hair??

I have thin hair too and I've noticed when I dye it, it plumps up the hair shafts and makes it look thicker for a few weeks. Teasing helps too - flip your headover and comb backwards and then flip your hair back - instant volume.

Cures for super thin hair??

i have very thin hair as well... i would suggest long layers infact im going to get my hair vut this afternoon... and also maybe we should try Progain... its rogain for women... its supposed to help thin or thinning hair...

I have really thin limp hair does anyone know any good products that can help me out?!?!?

well, ususally that's caused by touching ur hair too much

I have really thin limp hair does anyone know any good products that can help me out?!?!?

I have thin limp hair. I have it cut in layers which really lighten it up. I use a clarifying shampoo (white rain, extra body) which is very gentle but also removes any build-up. I use Suave mousse, to lift my roots, and I use Finesse bodifying conditioner which leaves it smooth, but light. Keep as much product out as possible. it weighs hair down.

READY? Bring to the shower a box of baking soda, along with your shampoo and your conditioner if you use it. Get your hair really wet, put about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the baking soda in your hand along with the usual amount of shampoo, making sure you have the baking soda wet, splash a bit of water on this mixture rub between your hands and start shampooing, you are going to shampoo longer than usual....about 6-7 minutes....rinse out and condition. you only want to do this about once a month,As too much of a good thing can dry out your hair. I suggest this to my clients who have cruddy water, iron, lime etc. this will take out anything that is not supposed to be in your hair and may be dragging it down and making it limp. Otherwise a clarifying shampoo is in order....Suave even makes a good one, also Paul Mitchel Shampoo 3

If your hair is limp because of build up, use a clarifying shampoo more often.

A lot of people have naturally fine, limp hair. Try using gentle shampoos with proteins in them (Herbal Essences used to make a good one, but it's discontinued now) to strengthen the hair and vitamin E to plump the strands up. Use a light conditioner, like Suave or V05, and don't condition the roots. In Lucky magazine they said to shampoo every three days so that hair doesn't dry out. You can use a leave-in conditioner (try sprays instead of creams) instead of the rinse outs, too, for less weigh down. I hear the Anti-Flat cream from Sunsilk works well, too.

My daughter has thin curly hair which falls out alot and does not seem to grow alot. Any recommendat

Poor diet is a major cause of hair loss. Make sure she is eating enough fruits and vegetables (potatoes don't count as vegetables), drinking lots of water and staying away from processed, chemical-filled foods. When she washes her hair she should very gently massage the scalp area, and avoid washing in water that is too hot or too cold. Check to make sure that her hair elastics or hair accessories are not causing breakage (no metal!).

If you can find it, Nioxin really does help with things like that, but it's a three step process, so it depends on how dedicated your daughter would be to using the product. Scalp massages would help activate the follicles, and could bring alive some of those dead areas. If the hair loss is quite bad, it would be good to ask the doctor for some medicinal recommendations.

shave her head. my sister had the same problem. when you shave it, it will grow back thicker, just like when men shave more grows back. Shave it multiple times until it grows back with the desired thickness. the younger she is the better.
