I went to the salon and my hair stylist used this mousse-like creme in my hair. It's called After-Party by Bedhead. After washing your hair, rub a pump of it on your hands and then run your hands through your hair. (then blowdry your hair upside down). After-Party also makes my hair less tangled!

a perm is also a good to make thin hair fuller. opt for the kind that you use with a hot iron. its okay to do it once or twice a week. too much and it will fry your hair.

Try formula 101A. I used that a long time ago when my hair seemed to be really thin, and I actually had tons of hair growing in just a week! It was made for guys, and it takes around 6 months for them to get new hair to grow, although it DID stop their hair from falling out almost immediately. I tried it too, and started freaking out after 3 days, 'coz I didn't know what I had on my head - some weird feeling little things. I asked a friend to check it out, and she starts laughing 'coz it was not a disease - it was a short carpet of brand new hair! I only used it for a month many years ago, just to get thicker hair, and up to now I still haven't needed to use it again. The only drawback to this product is that some people can't stand the smell! (Oh yeah, I did NOT use this after my morning shampoo like the bottle said to do - I used it right before bedtime, and shampooed it out the morning after)

I have baby fine hair as well, I had my hair cut in layers just like you did. To give it some volume when you blow dry use a round brush(ceramic is best) %26amp; flip your ends out. When you get to your last layer(the shortest layer) curl your hair under instead of out. This look is soo cute %26amp; it makes your hair appear fuller.

Another way to get your hair to look thick %26amp; full is to set your hair in rollers, you can use either hot rollers or the regular onse(I use the velcro ones on semi wet hair %26amp; let them air dry to help cut down on thermal damage). Once your hair is set(or dry if you're doing it on wet hair) remove the rollers %26amp; gently comb them out. What you're left with is loads %26amp; loads of volume.

No one really ever believes this but for almost any problem, when it comes to hair, can easily be solved by not washing it often. Wash your hair every two to three days. Have it trimmed in the layers about every three months. When brushing your hair brush it backwards then brush it forwards until all the knotts are out then brush it backwards again making sure all the knotts are out. Then style it the way you want it. This will not just make it look thicker it will get thicker.

It's a known fact that if the hair is shorter with a blunt type of cut, it will look thicker. Also, maybe try a deeper color on your hair with some highlights. Go to a professional to have this done. They can often give you some tips as this is their speciality. Have a friend recommend someone they trust or if you see someone with a really nice cut, ask who does their hair. The cut and color can make all the difference.
