I have thin oily hair, is there a way to actually get thicker hair?

Is there a shampoo or something that helps? Foods to watch out for? Thin hair is fine, but it isn't strong.

Ok, if you get any type of Garnier Fructis shampoo and/or conditioner, it strengthens your hair 3x. And, if you get your hair cut or trimmed a lot it also makes it thicker. So, you should use Garnier Fructis, I use it, and I used to be able to break my hair easily, but now it holds, so I recommend it.

I work in a pharmacy and a lot of customers purchase T-Gel shampoo to thicken hair...i THINK it's made by neutrogena but I am not certain.

We also just got in a line called "Fat Hair" by Sammy which SAYS it thickens hair but I can't promise it works.
