You really dont have to ask what to do, its common sense honey. You damaged your hair by perming it at home, when you needed to go to a salon in the first place. Don't even think about cutting it unless you want to finish what you started by damaging your look. A salon will definately help you get your hair back to healthy. I tell you this from experience perming at home is a bad thing to do, it never turns out like a professional did your hair, because its not a professional doing your hair.

to help with the frizz, you can use a silicone product that controls frizz, be careful not to use too much because your hair is thin.

Also you already messed up so suck it up and get a haircut (if you look like crap anyway). You need a good hairstylist to help you fix it the best you can. Weekly deep conditioning treatments from the hairstylist will help too.

I'd stick to professionals from now on. Buy an intensive conditioner, stick it in the microwave for a few seconds or soak a towel in hot water before you apply it. The heat allows it to really penetrate your scalp
