I have really thin hair, and i always wanted to curl it or add volume, but i cant because my hair is TO thin! im really mad and i just want an easy and simple way to fix it! thank you!

I used to have super thin hair too, and what I would do is (take a shower first of all in the morning before school so it doesn't get messed up when you do this)

After you're shower when you'r hairs still damp turn you'r head upside down and put in mousse. Blow dry until it's dry, and then put your head back up and calm it down a little :)

If it's still flat you can tease it, but I wouldn't do that unless you really need it cause it can cause split ends and is SUPER hard to brush out

Well layers help the thinness, as well as volumizing shampoo and conditioner. You can always get a body wave, or a perm.

shave your head and it will grow back thicker, its same with a beard, if you shave it it grows back thicker and shaggier each time.

those things that ppl put in their hair to make it thicker, like extentions (i cant spell!!)... thats all you can really do, unless someone makes up some magical shampoo that makes hair grow!!

go to an expensive hairSTYLIST and get a consultation. the consultations are usually free. they will decide what hair cut and style goes with your texture.

the cut may be expensive but TRUST me it is worth it. once you know the right haircut for you, you are set for life.

you need to buy a really expensive hair volumising shampoo to make your hair thicker dont buy a cheap one or it will not work and u need to use it daily or it wont work and it will take a while ti thicken but u will like it when it is all done

hmmm i think you should buy hair strengthening chemical formulas that you apply on your hair that will strengthen and later on add volume to your hair. also get special shampoos and overall take care of your hair. many and i mean many thin hair problems come because of wearing hats toooo often so if you do that stop let your hair breathe.

buy human hair extensions from sally's! that's what i do %26amp; they work great! if you don't have a sally's near you, you can order them online, or i'm sure other places around you sell humar hair extensions too. they will definetely make your hair look fuller %26amp; nobody will be able to tell you're wearing them if you put them in right.

just some extra info......they're about $35. you can clip them in, or glue them in. they are pretty long lasting. if you want to curl your hair with them in, you're hair will look gorgeous! and if you want to straighten them, they staighten very easily. good luck!

i have thin hair also! but it doesnt mean u have to fix it! all you do is get volumizing shampoo and fluff it up yourself if you have to. you dont have to have thick hair to curl it. i dont recommend getting extentions. they arent very good for your head and they will really hurt! just be happy with what you have. dont do anything to jurrastic that you might regret in the longrun. OOH! i like mary's idea. it is a good one!

my daughter has the same problem,you can see her scalp if she puts her hair up,and also she has to wash it evryday or it gets stringy.shes 14 and she now has a style shes comfy with . her hair is a little past shoulder length ,she uses a straight iron ,and has it cut to frame her face with no bangs,and her hair is cut where it flips out a little just around her face.if you get a perm or use irons on your hair while wet it will burn your hair up .hope this helps.

i use sunsilk shampoo to tame my hair which is the exact opposite of yours-too thick--it works soooo well im sure it would do the same for flat hair. try the anti-flat brand:

well Im glad Im not you. sorry cant help with ur question. I am glad my heritage is close india heritage. because of genes my hair is black and volumized and thick! My heritage is Bengali! yay for me! I hate looking at blond girls hair because it is so ******* thin and doesnts look like hair.
